I checked Goodreads to see what I've read recently and remembered The Help by Kathryn Stockett. It stood out among my reads this year as a book I really enjoyed and can even remember certain passages from (maybe because I also watched the movie...). The manicure is inspired by
a nice cover illustration that I found on Google.
